What do you require to complete my order?
We require a 50% deposit on all orders. You also have the option of pre-paying for the entire job and saving 5% on the overall total. If you have artwork, please provide us with a hardcopy on disk or send via email. (Click here to view our artwork requirements)


What is your delivery time and do you deliver?

Our delivery time is 7 to 10 working days, not including holidays. We do deliver, however, please confirm with us first for shipping and receiving purposes.


What are your minimum orders?

The Minimum number of shirts that we screen print is 12, however we do make exceptions pending on our workloads and timeframes. Minimum quantity for embroidery has no bearing as far as the order itself goes.


What is suitable artwork for screen printing?

We accept
pxf, .pof, .psf, .dst, .cnd format files.
If you have any other form of a digitized design, we may be able to work with it.

We here at Specialties Plus Promotions provide in-house screen printing, embroidery, graphic design and much more. We do not provide cresting services. How much does embroidery cost?
Embroidery costs vary depending on material of the garment, quantity of selected product, imprint thread colours and how many stitching segments are involved in the design itself. Do we pay set-up fees on repeat orders?
There is a $30.00 screen set-up charge on first time screen printing customers.
Repeat orders require only a $15.00 repeat set-up charge.



What is embroidery digitizing?
Digitizing is the process by which an embroidery artist turns a design, logo, or
original artwork into stitches and creates instructions which tell an embroidery
machine what to stitch on a garment. This is a fairly complex operation.
This is a one-time charge to digitize a logo/design for those customers who
want embroidered caps or shirts that cannot be created from our stock fonts
and stock designs.  Once your logo or design is digitized for embroidery, it
can be used for future orders without further digitizing charges, unless an
edit or resize is requested.  After a design is digitized, it is saved for use in
the future. The one-time digitizing cost will vary based on the complexity of
design and the number of stitches needed to execute your idea.


Can we put a left chest embroidery design on the back of jackets?
This depends on the jacket material and the placement. There are areas in
which we will not print, either due to placement akwardness or the area itself
is just simply unprintable.



Will you screen print or embroider my garments?
If you have shirts of your own or any other product, we will be more then happy to take a look at it or print your garments, if they are all in fact printable. Some shirts are unprintable due to the texture or material as well as other products out there on the market. If you require us to supply shirts or any other product for that matter, it would be our pleasure as we general offer to supply product with our orders.
